India Mahdavi

India Mahdavi is such a Big Kahuna that a google-search will return many articles about “India shops for us at Ikea;” “India’s style tips and tricks;” “India and her thoughts about luxury;” “India this and that…”  Certainly all the hou-la-la is well deserved as India Mahdavi was actually voted the top Creator in 2004 by Maison&Objet.

Mahdavi set her shop in 1999 in Paris after having learned how to pull the ropes under the guidance of Master Christian Liaigre.  Her design activity extends from Interior design and architecture to furniture and accessory design.  A look at her web site shows an impressive list of clients and manufacturers who ask her to design lines.
